1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1.

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents in the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

1.2.

Employees, representatives, and agents of Feed the Form, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and any partners involved in this Giveaway, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

1.3. Participants must have an active Instagram account and must be following @feedtheform at the time of the draw.

1.4. Participants must provide valid, accurate, and complete information in their entry. Any false or misleading details may result in disqualification.

2. HOW TO ENTER

2.1. Participants must complete the following steps to enter:

• Follow@feedtheform on Instagram.
• Submit their details through the official entry form via website, provided upon entering the website or clicking on the redirecting link in bio.
• Share the Giveaway post on their Instagram Story.
• Comment the name of their chosen travel companion on the Giveaway post.

2.2. Multiple entries are allowed, but each additional entry requires a new Instagram Story share and a new tagged travel companion.

2.3. Any use of automated, bot-generated, or fraudulent entries will result in immediate disqualification.

2.4. Entries must be submitted before April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT+8. Late entries will be invalid.

3. PRIZE DETAILS

3.1. The winner will receive two (2) round-trip economy class tickets to Malé, Maldives (Velana International Airport, MLE) departing from the Winner's current city of residence. This depart will only be accepted if it falls within the Countries accepted to enter this giveaway.

3.2. Flight dates will be determined based on FEED THE FORM's airline schedules. The winner must confirm their preferred dates within

30 days of being notified but it may not necessarily be serviceable. In this event, the winner must accept final flight dates from FEED THE FORM.

3.3. The Giveaway covers airfare only. The winner is responsible for:

• Accommodation, meals, and beverages
• Airport transfers and local transportation
• Travel insurance (highly recommended)
• Any applicable government taxes, fees, or surcharges
• Any other personal expenses during their trip

3.4. The winner must ensure they and their travel companion have valid passports and any required travel documents.

FEED THE FORM is not responsible for visa issues, denied boarding, or other travel disruptions.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

4.1. The winner will be selected through a randomized draw conducted by FEED THE FORM.

4.2. The draw will take place in April 2025, and the winner will be announced via @feedtheform Instagram posts. The winner will also be contacted via email.

4.3. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.

4.4. Feed the Form reserves the right to request additional verification (such as government-issued ID) before awarding the prize.

5. DISQUALIFICATION & FORFEITURE

5.1. A participant will be disqualified if they:

• Violate any of these Terms & Conditions.
• Use automated or fraudulent entry methods.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Fail to comply with eligibility requirements.

5.2. If the winner does not claim their prize within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

5.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.

6. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

6.1. Feed the Form is not responsible for:

• Travel disruptions, flight cancellations, or delays.
• Personal injury, loss, or damage during the trip.
• Misuse of the prize by the winner or their travel companion.
• Any failure to comply with airline policies or travel regulations.

6.2. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any liability related to this Giveaway.

6.3. Feed the Form reserves the right to:

• Modify or cancel the Giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
• Extend or shorten the Giveaway period at its sole discretion.

7. PRIVACY & DATA USAGE

7.1. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for marketing administration.

7.2. Feed the Form will not sell, distribute, or share personal data with third parties except where required by law.

7.3. Participants may receive promotional emails from FEED THE FORM and can opt out at any time.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1. By entering, participants fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions.

8.2. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of The Republic of the Philippines, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
